Originally from the wilds of New Jersey (where from the age of five he raised his own produce), Louis has put down strong roots in the Bay Area. A self-taught cook, he joined BayWolf as a line cook in 1997, and in a little over two years rose to Chef. His travels in France and love of the Mediterranean repertoire are immediately apparent in his deft touch with subtly updated classics.
